In May 2026, marking the end of the previous quarter and the beginning of the next, the Group successfully held its mid‑year strategy meeting. With a holistic vision, the Group outlined a development blueprint for the coming period, focusing on two core areas – marketing and service – through systematic and precise strategic planning. It conducted an in‑depth review and detailed planning of physical operations and traffic operations, laying a solid strategic foundation for high‑quality development in the next quarter.

The meeting brought together the core management of all Group departments and served as a strategic gathering to align efforts and plan actions with clarity. During the meeting, department heads delivered speeches in turn, reporting in detail on business results and progress on key tasks for the current quarter. In light of the Group’s overall direction, they comprehensively explained the phased work plans for the next quarter and beyond, clearly outlining the development paths and implementation directions for each business unit, thus providing solid business support for the Group’s strategy execution.


After listening to the department reports, Group leadership highly affirmed the achievements and phased plans of each unit, while clearly issuing the Group’s overall development goals and core work standards for the next phase, setting direction and requirements for the next quarter and beyond. The leadership emphasized that in the next phase, the Group must continue to deepen omni‑channel empowerment across online and offline platforms, use an integrated operation model to connect development pathways, comprehensively improve service quality and efficiency, and build a solid user foundation through excellent service. The Group should also cultivate brand culture, dig deep into core brand values, promote deep integration of brand culture with market demand, and create a distinctive and influential brand image. It must adhere to product innovation as a core driver, guided by market trends and user needs, continuously push for product system upgrades and innovation breakthroughs, and inject sustained endogenous momentum into the Group’s development.


Uniting our efforts, we embark on a new journey; raising our sails, we move toward the future. The convening of this mid‑year strategy meeting further aligned the development thinking and built consensus across the Group. All team members agreed that in the next phase, guided by the strategy meeting’s deployment, they will focus on key dimensions such as system building, efficiency improvement, and innovation breakthroughs, implementing every requirement thoroughly and in detail.
