CFI’s January special training for the global distributors came to a perfect conclusion, systematically building core competitiveness.

On the evening of January 8, with the conclusion of the course on investment attraction given by David, Group Vice President, the five-day January special training for global distributors of the Group officially came to an end. The training focused on the new products: Deer Blood Peptide Red Ginseng and Ganoderma Drink, as well as the staff-hosted live stream model. The objective is to help global distributors enhance market competitiveness and move forward.


The training programme is set from cognition-product-pattern-conversion, becoming a close loop. On the first day, Amy, Director of the Education Department, broadened the vision with the course named No disease arises when qi and blood are harmonious, exploring a new path to safeguarding blood health. The next day, Zhu Tao, a wellness consultant, told them the research and development idea and the technological barriers. The following two Q&A sessions wiped out the obstacle during real practice.


The training highlights the introduction of the new mode for growth. Doris, Director of the New Media Department, gave literature on two consecutive days, comprehensively expounding on "staff-hosted Live streaming", an innovative tool that empowers offline businesses. Meanwhile, the training transformed from a single-point breakthrough to a matrix-based operation, offering an executable digital transformation path for distributors.


The training was ended by David, focusing on transforming early accumulation to real practice, and sharing high-end strategies for investment attraction, to help distributors achieve growth in their team and their income. 


This special training is not only a process of knowledge dissemination, but also a crucial measure for the group and its dealers to collaboratively evolve and win the market in the new year. Through systematic capability building, the dealer team has achieved a comprehensive improvement in professionalism, marketing models, and conversion efficiency, laying a solid foundation for the launch of core new products and the breakthrough of the market throughout the year.
