On November 4, the group holds Internal Professional Skills Training, focusing on the short video operations, enhancement of live stream capacity, and planning ability. The objective is to further improve work level, help it grasp the technology trends, and growing trends in the new media. After taking  the business demands into consideration, this training built platforms for all staff to exchange their ideas, improving awareness of new media operation, to lay a solid foundation for the group to take the lead in the digital wave.

During the training, the group leader emphasized three requirements. The first is to realize the importance of new media operation, incorporating the improvement of short video operation skills into the personal ability development, taking initiative to be in line with the industrial development; The second is to combine the learning with thinking, to acquire the knowledge during the training, explore paths to new media operation; The third is to enhance teamwork, to exchange ideas, creating a favorable working atmosphere featuring coordinated efforts and mutual support, and jointly drive the group's new media work to reach new heights.

In the next stage, CFI will improve its system for internal training, holding events for skill enhancement, and focusing on the cutting-edge content in the field of new media, to constantly motivate market vitality.
