In order to strengthen the driving force for market sales after being engaged in corporate culture and happiness systems, CFI held a special seminar to plan for the service upgrading of distributor empowerment. Based on previous market research, the dedicated team systematically outlined the next phase's work direction, aiming to build a more vibrant interactive ecosystem for distributors.
CFI has built a diversified exchange platform to enhance its ability. This event focused on the interaction model of “Learning through communication with others and growing through learning”. The focus will be on two core directions. The first is to function upgrade of the existing dealer exchange platform and create an empowerment ecosystem integrating experience sharing, skills training, and resource sharing. Second, explore the path for bringing corporate culture to the market sales, and transform brand value into competitive advantages in the market.
The relevant person in charge of the group stated that ensuring the optimization and implementation of the learning and exchange plan for dealers is one of the important tasks at this stage. All departments should coordinate and provide services for all dealers.
